Ponsinh Boutkaska, nicknamed Toto, radiated with "wow factor" as he waved at me through the glass walls of his office. Even without the transparent office there is something about Ponsinh that makes him stand out from the crowd. Perhaps it's the good looks and charm mingling with his outgoing personality that singles him out for special attention. Once when Ponsinh, fresh out of university, was strolling at the Emporium shopping mall he was picked by a talent scout to model for a now defunct teenage magazine. Later he was put in the starring role in a music video for the famous singer Nichole Angelique Theriault's song Tum-mai Phen Kon Baab Nee (Why Are You This Kind of Person?). Cosmetics manufacturer Shiseido once named him their Bachelor of the Year.
